Patience…

The kids are all well, thank you Lord, and I’m very happy to say, they have not missed a meal—which means everything. Having said the above, the young boy we mentioned last month, Innocent, is still on medicine. He started a new regimen to combat swelling in his feet and hands a couple of weeks ago. Please keep him in your prayers.

Take a look at our Goals Page and the progress we’ve made! House repairs and upgrades are next on the list. After which is digging a well. Speaking of that. I am continually amazed at how God works…

Through the friend of a friend, we were introduced to One Million Wells. A foundation that trains locals, wherever they’re needed, to drill water wells and install infrastructure. We hope to use OMW to drill a well once the house is complete.

The director of One Million Wells also introduced MtM to a doctor who is willing to travel to treat the kids. We have been in touch with him and plan to use his services when we move into the house.

Despite all the progress, it’s hard to be patient. I want it now, like most humans. My mind’s eye can envision the end results. Alas, my time is not God’s time. But then again, looking back at where we were and what started as a Face Book post a few short years ago, I’m awed.

Thanks for your continued support.
