No News is STILL Good News!
Well, here we are in October and life seems to be moving right along for Mammon to Manna as well as Asobola.
Our last report all of the children are doing well. Faith is flourishing and Tonny is growing in his purpose in sharing the Gospel, helping the children and learning a trade. He got his drivers license and is hoping to get a car and taxi people about in order to provide for his family and the orphans in his care.
Can you imagine?
You don’t often hear of a man getting a license for the first time at the ripe old age of thirty-something in America.
But in Uganda, a drivers license is a privilege much more than a way of life as it is here.
Makes you wonder how we, as Americans, would fare should we have such scarcity which we'd call "normal," and what we deem a "necessity" that is considered a privilege elsewhere.
Once again I’d like to Thank YOU for your generosity toward MtM. Your continued love, prayers and support.
I can’t close without asking you to join us in praying for the thousands (millions?) of people affected by Hurricane Helene and those in the path of Hurricane Milton.
Until next time, take care, God Bless and remember… No news is Still good news.
Thanks for your continued support.
